Lucky me! – I happened upon Synergy just this afternoon and after moving here from NYC three weeks ago, was in desperate need of a brow wax. I'd put it off because I'm quite picky about my brows and who I let near them as I'm used to going to upscale spas and paying $35, but I took a chance on Danielle at Synergy and was pleasantly surprised! Great pedicures. A reasonably-priced treat! – I first visited Synergy based on it's CitySearch rating and was not disappointed. In fact, I returned two weeks after my first pedicure for a second one and I brought two out-of-town friends. We had a great time and all got lovely pedicures and manicures. Although all three of the nail technicians I've met have been friendly and highly competent, I especially enjoy spending time with Rhonda. This is now my "regular" spa.
Spa is fantastic! Quiet, relaxing and best of all the staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend booking your next appt at Synergy Spa.
Soothing spa atmosphere – Synergy Spa massage services are always outstanding. The atmosphere is comfortable and peaceful. Always something to look forward to for sure.
Best Spa in Town...Hands Down – This has become my favorite Spa in Raleigh. I went with high expectations and standards (because I always expect the best), and they went above and beyond. I've been there when the owner was there and wasn't there...and the staff is always courteous and accommodating without hesitation. By far, the BEST Spa in Raleigh!! Call now and book an appointment - it's sooo worth it!! – My husband gave me a gift cert. for some "me" time. What a great husband for I had the greatest day!! Not a warm reception – I have been a regular client of Synergy Spa for a while when I'm not traveling and looking to relax. I came in the other day to get a gift certificate for a massage for a friend and there was a new young receptionist at the desk. She was too busy on the computer to even acknowledge that I was there. I waited a little while and then finally asked her if she was busy before she looked up. It was the coldest, rudest reception I ever have received at any spa. Relaxation at its best! – Knowledgeable, friendly staff in a soothing atmosphere to calm anyone's stress. Synergy Spa has beautifully decorated massage and treatment rooms, as well as lounge areas. I've received facials, massages, pedicures and a manicure.....all with superb service from the Synergy staff. This is such a great place to treat yourself; and with evening hours, makes it even more convenient for those of us that work during the day. Way to go Anna....your Spa is the best!!
Not the best massage I have ever had – I went to Synergy Day Spa to get a massage. After talking to the concierge I thought it was going to be a great massage. I was wrong. I told the girl that I have traveled all around the world and I have only found 3 massage therapist that I would go back to, she told me she had just the right person to put me with.
