good massage therapists- but a little noisy. . – the salon is a little noisy. This was distracting during my massage (talking / papers shuffeling in the the waiting room ) they give discounts for people to write positive reviews. so keep this in mind while reading reviews.

Wonderful Spa – I have really enjoyed my visits to Synergy Spa! The massages are amazing as well as the microdermabrasion! The staff is so friendly, they really helped me with picking my skin care products! They have awesome monthly specials as well as drawings that I have entered and won tickets to a play in Raleigh!
Need a day off or just a break, Synergy is the place to go. – I have been going to Synergy for about three years. The massages are the best I've had in town and the add on services are great too. Stop in for a mani/pedi or take a little extra time for a spa package - trust me it's worth it. Staff is always nice and personable.
Poor Customer Service, Spa is Unclean – I felt that the customer service in this spa was extremely poor, and unfortunately the spa was not clean during my visit either. Would not recommend this place at all, it left a very, very bad impression.

Handled Well - Highly Recommend – Syergy Spa provides excellent customer service. I recently encountered an abrasion which showed up following a service, which I communicated to the spa owner. She immediately responded, and although it was not obvious as to how it happened, she asked her lead technician to provide healing therapy and offer the service again. Wonderful, relaxing experience!! – I have tried several other day spas in the Raleigh area and came to Synergy for the first time recently on a recommendation from a friend. I had one of their specialty pedicures done by Miranda and was THRILLED with the results. No one has been able to get my feet that smooth and hydrated before. Fantastic Spa – I've been going to this spa for several years and love it. Waxing services are reasonably priced and the spa itself is very relaxing. The staff always manages to fit me in, even at the last minute!
Synergy - great atmosphere and staff – Syngergy spa is a great place - the staff is friendly and does a great job. They made my first wax experience a very comfortable one. The atomosphere is very relaxing and clean. I would definitely recommend Synergy!
Looking forward to my first visit – I have been researching facials for a few weeks now, as I've never had one before. Synergy Spa seems to offer the best deals and has the best feedback for any other spas in the Triangle. I'm looking forward to my first experience--will definitely post feedback once I make my visit to Synergy!
