Honestly I had such a BAD experience with this realty company! Found a house on Zellow and the only contact number was under this Realty with Gilma's Benitez, she scheduled an appointment "with the owner" to then find out who we met was not the owner and the information given from him and her did not coincide. We paid a $50 application fee PER PERSON and scheduled days in advance to sign lease after we were approved from our credit and back-round check. She confirmed in 3 different occasions our lease contract appointment!! ... read more
