I don’t recommend synergy property management at all there’s cockroaches in the place you better get out cause they won’t do nothing about it thank god I was able to talk to legal and have them help me out of my lease please synergy is not the place to go to at all
Landlords beware they will do little to no repairs and the repairs done are extremely shoddy. Renters if you don't want snoopy landlords this is your place to go. They have not come to my place unless I requested repairs (not that they did the repairs or anything) in over 6 years. Imagine the nefarious things I could have been up to, lol. They say that maintaining your property's value is their number 1 priority but it's not at all.
