I have been a patient of Synergy PT several times over the years and have always had great results, even when it was suggested that my injury would likely require surgery to repair. Pryanka is a gifted therapist. She is patient and takes time to analyze and think about the situation, and tailors her exercise and treatment recommendations to your specific body type as well as the injury itself. My PT, Dr Aaron helped me decrease my knee pain and inflammation, which was caused by either injury, osteoarthritis and/or rheumatoid arthritis. In addition to using massage and in session exercises, he taught me exercises to do at home with equipment I already had and one inexpensive set that I purchased. I appreciated how he explained why the exercises were helpful and explained how to do them throughout each day, making them very practical for me.
