Bike sat for 10 weeks untouched, called asking for an update and was cursed at by the owner Ryan. He seems to make up excuses on the spot and is offended if you want an update. Take your bike to Tulsa Powersports, they will treat you lake a customer.

Condescending communication. Attitude towards customers extremely negative. Could not give accurate time estimates very careless. Did not care if I did business there or not. I would not recommend these people to anyone. Jason

Purchased a new Royal Enfield this week at Synergy Motorworks, process was quick and painless. Ryan was very, honest, forthright and knowledgeable about his products and processes. It was a good experience and highly recommend them to anyone.

SERVICE CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I took my Triumph Bonneville in to replace tires. That's right, just take off back and front tires and replace with new ones. Upon driving home, the tensioner bracket scraped the wheel hub all the way home. I am damn glad the bike didn't lock up on me on the highway. In addition, my original bolts and other hardware were damaged during the tire change out. The owner said he'd like to replace parts even though "they're cosmetic. But, wait until parts come in." BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST SYNERGY MOTORWORKS! I bought a KX450 and took it to Synergy to have the carburetor and whole bike gone through in May and after they had it for 3 weeks and $375.00 later, I took it out to ride and it would not run. Kept dying every 3 to five minutes. I called them and they said to just bring it back in and they would get it running and apologized for not getting it right the first time.
