EDIT*** - Mallory, one of the managers did call me today to address my concerns. She is the only person I have spoken to at this practice who has made me feel heard and like my requests were being fulfilled. I am leaving my review as I still think it is applicable but I want to acknowledge that somebody did reach out to make things right. While I have nothing negative to say about the providers here and the actual mental health care I received, the constant billing errors and administrative concerns have caused me to leave the practice. I have had to contact billing for nearly every visit for incorrect and inaccurate charges (over the course of about three years). It's not an issue with my insurance because I don't have these billing issues with other providers. My review is four out of five stars. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that there is a high employee turnover rate. The service is good, however there seems to be a lack of stability in their business model.
