This is the BEST place!! I feel so supported here and everyone from the front desk, to my psychiatrist and therapist are all so responsive, caring, and genuinely amazing people. I LOVE how easy it is to just text them to cancel or reschedule! They respond back almost instantly and it puts me at ease. Their online portal is so easy to use as well. So convenient for us younger generation that sometimes doesn’t feel like calling every time. I cannot recommmed this place enough!!
This is definitely a business first, then mental healthcare. When you sign up there are tons of warnings about charging you if something goes wrong with insurance or if you miss showing up to your appointment. My psych left this practice and the new psych wanted to re-onboard me across 2 appointments, each 200$; even though its a 20 min questionnaire on zoom.
I have been seeing Vanessa for a while for my medication maintenance, and she has been amazing. She always makes me feel that she truly cares about me and my wellbeing.
I have been extremely pleased with my care. Vanessa is awesome
I know this is probably a different location, but I tried getting therapy here and they say that they took my insurance and they’re on the website for my insurance and they had me fill out all these questions like 20 pages worth of 30 questions and I did everything they asked me to do and then they make me wait a week and then say that they don’t accept my insurance even though they’re on a page that shows they can take my insurance then I get a little pissed off and I text back like are you kidding me?
