My appointment with Dr. Irina was rescheduled last-minute without my knowledge or consent—I was emailed on Saturday that it had been moved to Monday instead of my originally scheduled Tuesday appointment. There was no phone call or attempt to confirm my availability, just an automated email with a new time I never agreed to.
