I recently visited the emergency room with my mother, and I was deeply concerned by the conditions of the facility. The area was extremely dirty, and there was visible damage to the walls. An emergency room should maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, especially for vulnerable patients. I have attached photos for reference. I hope management addresses these critical maintenance and cleanliness issues immediately.

My elderly dad recently was brought to this hospital care center on an urgent matter. The facility was clean, organized, and the wait time was short, which made things much easier on both of us. The staff RN’s Xiomara, Adrian, Odalys and techs Miguel and Diego were kind, patient, and treated my dad with genuine care.
