Alecia is amazing at what she does. She is very knowledgeable about muscles and how the body works, and she is extremely skilled at working your muscles to release toxins. The ambiance was peaceful, and she worked with me ahead of the appointment to ensure that I had everything I needed. She checked in with me beforehand to see how my body was feeling, and discussed what I was looking for in a massage.
