RecommendedMy daughter and I train in both Tang Soo Do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Synergy Martial Arts. There are plenty of training opportunities throughout the week and there is an overall family friendly atmosphere. It’s a great place to get in shape and make new friends.
