They managed a building I owned for 4 years. They do the minimum necessary and expect you to be an absentee owner, happy with the monthly reports. They make no effort to know the tenants. Some of their charges for services are ridiculous. When the water bill jumped, I questioned what was going on and the answer was that non-tenants must be using the washing machine. Overall, after they got the place I was renting, they sent repair guys out to fix things. However, the water heater needed to be replaced, and the furnace was not to code. Flooring was really bad, along with water damage to celling walls and floors due to the roof. It was a bug infested due to the lady who lived next door . The old owner did nothing to fix anything. I reached out to Katie multiple times regarding a property that me and my significant other were interested in. Katie had told us that we could have a viewing on 11/2 and proceeded to not answer phone calls or text messages regarding the viewing and never showed up.
