Never missed a rent payment, left the place cleaner than we got it, and they still took $1,000 from the security deposit. At this point it feels like the “deposit” is just a fee they plan to keep no matter what. If you’re thinking about renting here, don’t expect fairness—expect excuses and a bill.
Slumlords, took over our property from the owner and saw immediate declines in the quality and maintenance of our building. Scott, our property manager, seemingly unscrewed the lightbulbs in the hallways once h took over. Our washing machine was broken for several weeks and requests for repairs were brushed off. Obnoxious 75¢ “convenience fee” to pay our rent. Threatened us if we didn’t get a cleaning service (recommended by the company) when we moved out. Avoid.
Love to overtaking conversations, just plain out rude, over charging, happy we decline our decisions!
Synergy rental agency is responsible for all repairs and don't take long time to get it done,it get five stars for their services

The way they operate is unprofessional, irresponsible, and dangerous for tenants.
