Overall, after they got the place I was renting, they sent repair guys out to fix things. However, the water heater needed to be replaced, and the furnace was not to code. Flooring was really bad, along with water damage to celling walls and floors due to the roof. It was a bug infested due to the lady who lived next door . The old owner did nothing to fix anything. I reached out to Katie multiple times regarding a property that me and my significant other were interested in. Katie had told us that we could have a viewing on 11/2 and proceeded to not answer phone calls or text messages regarding the viewing and never showed up.

They are very Stern. Definitely Not willing to work with everyone, Far from patient and responsive. When i decided to contact this company I was going through a rough patch... I would’ve been in the streets if I’d have depended on synergy to help me. Katie is pretty impolite and incompetent. I felt judged and distrusted. She also never follows up when she claims she will. I’m not sure who makes decisions at synergy but they are apathetic , deceptive, vague and inconsiderate .. I could easily go on& on ….. I’d avoid communica... read more

Sheryl and Katie are a dream come true. They are willing to work with everyone, no matter the circumstances, and go above and beyond to make their tenants feel at home. My home is clean and welcoming and such a place of peace. They are very patient and responsive; care and concern are apparent. Katie is such a sweetie and Sheryl runs a smooth business. Synergy Management has my highest recommendation.
