Joe & Renee at Synergy have been nothing less than amazing. Every promise they've made in terms of care for our mother has exceeded what they promised & more. Arminda, my mother's helper, has created an amazing atmosphere for my mother to HEAL from her recent broken hip surgery. Synergy has been so incredibly flexible & I would recommend Joe, Renee, & Synergy to ALL my friends & family who's elderly parents need help.
We had an excellent experience with Synergy HomeCare in Glenview. After I called, Joe came out to the hospital the very next day to meet with my parents and assess their needs. He quickly arranged caregivers to be ready when my mom was discharged from the hospital just a few days later. The caregivers are very professional, skilled and kind to my parents. The Synergy management is responsive to our questions and they react quickly to our concerns.
We reached out to several home health care providers and Joe was the first that offered to come meet with us that day. He was thorough and informative about the care that Synergy provides. We knew right then and there that they were the right provider to go with. We were assigned two of the best live in caregivers for my mom. This is a short term need and they have provided the best care for my mom. We are truly blessed to have found them.
