I live alone and recently had a unexpected home care need due to some surgery I had to have done. I called Synergy HomeCare and a representative visited me at my office within a couple of hours to go over my home care needs and schedule care. He was exceptionally thorough and professional. Synergy of Guilford county has been an amazing care agency to work with. The agency has provided outstanding communication and provided exceptional care for my mom. No concern is too difficult for the agency to address. In addition, the agency has offered to check on my mom while being seen at ER visits if in that location.
