Christine was an amazing caregiver during my recovery from wrist and hip surgery. The first quality that impressed me was her confidence in her ability to instill confidence in me. She was a motivator, partner in my therapy exercises, thinker of new ways to solve problems, etc. etc. etc. I would highly recommend her along with your agency.

If you ever need home, healthcare synergy is definitely the best. The owner Michael is very friendly and works with you and your needs to schedule his employees for the hours and days that you are needing. I highly highly recommend them. I have had Lauren as my caregiver after surgery. Very friendly, prompt very thorough always on top of everything to help whatever is needed plus some. I highly highly highly recommend this company.
Synergy HomeCare was referred to me after I struggled finding the right care for my parents. I am so happy to have found them. I’ve been employed here since August 2024 and they have never contacted me for any shifts or any work. They basically have forgotten about me. The manager, Michael is also not very knowledgeable. During the job interview, I would use terminology that he didn’t understand, and he seemed to have doubted my abilities to care for patients.
