Jorge, Adrianna and Sharon (SW Florida branch) were exceptionally supportive during a difficult time for my family. My step-father was in declining health. Despite unexpected and rapidly changing needs and despite having only recently met us, they repeatedly and skillfully accommodated us. Unfortunately, my stepfather passed away in a matter of days but during that brief time, we were comforted by the presence and kindness of true human beings.
Update 3/2025. My Vet Caregiver org that contracted Synergy tells me they are finding another home healthcare provider. Synergy ? closing shop. Workers not being paid and not suppling time for $ paid by clients.
Synergy has gone above and beyond to help coordinate my mother’s care. My mom gets excited when it’s time for her caregiver to arrive. I cannot speak enough on the amazing level of professionalism and empathy this company shows. If I have a question, I can immediately get in contact with someone from the office. I would recommend this company to anyone that asks.
Synergy was very easy to work with and set up in home care. The provider was very friendly and provided excellent service
