Do not hire this company.Their workers are not properly trained.The owner of the company was actually going over the training material in front of me at my mom's house on the first day.A major red flag.I found a picture on my mom's phone.the caregiver was asleep.Any complaints to the owner were met with pushback.As my mom's condition deteriorated they were unprepared to deal with the situation.The owner has no understanding of dementia and apparently no medical training just business end.this company is just a high priced ba... read more

This is a review of Synergy HomeCare and especially Vondell Barr who provides the home care services for my wife. Vondell is a very caring person, punctual and provides my wife with not only the necessary services but in a way a family member would. She goes beyond what she must do and has become part of our family. Synergy, should be proud of the way she represents their company and double her pay.

Jummy, Owner and Dir of Operations is amazing! Her knowledge, responsiveness, attention to detail and caring are above and beyond! She identified 2 great caregivers within a day and they have been excellent - friendly, caring, hard-working and solicitous of our mom and what she needs. I highly recommend Synergy HomeCare of Warwick!
