We are so happy with our experience with Synergy. My mother is 93 years old and probably needed to move into assisted living but thanks to Synergy, she is able to be at a very nice independent living center. We have them come out an hour every day to get her cleaned up and ready for the day. Her and her caregiver, Shawna have bonded and she looks forward to seeing her everyday. If an issue does come up, Synergy is fast to respond and fix it!
I had to leave the state for almost 12 days .. I hired caregivers from Synergy.. They were awesome .. Gave me real peace of mind.. My dad was well taken care of .. They kept me updated about my dad … I really appreciate their help and can do attitude.. If I had questions, they were quick to respond ..
The lady was very nice but they wasted my time had me filling all the paperwork like I was hired and even had me come on the day for orientation and the guy who I never even met had her to tell me to leave and when I called to see if something went wrong he couldn't be truthful told me they would reach out with no explanation
