I called them on 1/23 to inquire about home care, beginning 2/5, for my brother-in-law who recently suffered a stroke and would be discharged from a skilled nursing facility on 2/4. I spoke to the client supervisor, Jordan, who was very kind and helpful (and the reason this is not a 1-star review). Based on that call, we decided to use Synergy for home care.
