Here I provide a positive of the home personal assistance provided by SYNERGY staff. Following heart surgery Apr 2024 we needed help with my medical care and general house keeping function. OSF provided visiting nursing care to monitor my medical recovery. Before leaving OSF hospital in Peoria, SYNERGY staff met us in my ICU room before discharge to make a house keeping plan. I would not recommend this company for your loved one. We had many problems, including caregivers, management and owners. I wish we would have found a company that treated our ENTIRE family with respect and consideration.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IT!!!! Since day one it’s been nothing but a damn problem and a major headache. I was told flowers and card when my grandpa passed away on the 14th and which the card is coming but I told grandma was really happy to hear but now we won’t be getting flowers and grandma is disappointed and I am also.
