I accedentally gave a bad review to the wrong synergy home care. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and mistake. Same name completely different logo and people in charge. I appreciate the understanding they gave me when I originally made the mistake. They were very understanding, when they had every right to be upset. For that I am grateful. Caring for elderly parents who wish to remain at home is a challenging proposition. Synergy HomeCare in Richmond, Indiana made the task much less daunting. Josh provided not only great home care to my 92 and 91 year old parents, but warm companionship valued by my parents and me. The support staff was actively engaged with us during our need and highly responsive to any questions we had throughout our experience. I very highly recommend Synergy HomeCare to anyone needing short or long-term assistance with elderly care.
