The caregivers are great BUT the office staff is awful. There is a total lack of communication with the clients. I have been promised a caregiver for my dad more times than I can count & no one shows. I have received a call an hour after the scheduled time, telling me the caregiver called off for the day. I have also had someone show up as we were leaving home because no one called to schedule an appointment. Rarely get a return call from office staff.
