I am deeply disappointed in Synergy HomeCare. I hired them to provide care for my mom. While things started off well, the experience ultimately unraveled due to dishonesty and mismanagement from the office staff. When I hired Synergy, I trusted them to prioritize my mom's care and communicate transparently. Unfortunately, they failed on both fronts.
