Great company been with synergy homecare 4 years. Great staff
The staff have absolutely no integrity. I loved my job but can't work with negative people. Kara and yessica make decisions based off there emotions. They get upset because I don't pick up my phone and work myself to death for 8.05 and hour. Yeah right. I'm glad I quit. Now I'm currently waiting on a check that I was supposed to receive 4/10. Delayed because of time sheets. They could care less that I worked very hard and I have a family to provide for. I would not recommend anyone to apply at the phoenix location.. Beware
SYNERGY HomeCare treats you like family, they get to know their employees and client's. I am proud to be part of an organization that truly believes in what they do.
