RecommendedMy mom needed care and when we called they were able to meet with us the next day. They were also very flexible about hours. One day when someone called in sick the administrator came out to care for my mom!!another good system they had was the worker had to call in hours on the client's phone so they didn't skip out early on their shift or start coming in late(which I have seen with other health workers) One thing I did notice is some workers were lazy ,some were very good Its important to know what you need and be specific... read more

RecommendedSynergy Home Care is the most wonderful home care agency I have ever work with. The boss and the office staff are so wonderful. they care for very one .and they respect people.I work for them since 2017 until now but the love and the respect never change .i was sick over a year but the boss never give up on me .until I feel better. I know some of the agency's they only care for you when you're able to work but synergy is not like that .its a very good company that everyone should work with or introduce a family members to.
