I am 72. Went in for knee and hip pain. Very professional, and also comfortable at the same time. GREAT!
Synergy was very effective in helping me with neck pain through a simple treatment. Other pain management facilities had been unsuccessful in the past, but Synergy was able to diagnose and treat accurately and effectively on the first attempt . Excellent staff and caring medical team. I will be returning for chiropractic treatment as well.
Writing for an elderly friend: Dr Hodgkiss has empathy for pain. He injected the wrong area on 2 different days, 2 days apart, because he failed to look at her MRI and read the radiology report. Her pain was so great after a few hours, that I had to take her to the ER and needed a wheelchair to get her in the door. Thirty (30) hours after the second injection and she is still in pain and hardly able to walk.
The staff there are very knowledgeable. They are focused on your recovery. I am very happy with tbe quality time they spend with me while I am doing therapy. I highly recommend the staff here.
The lady that does the scheduling is horrible! Even though the Dr and folks out front are good, her attitude and demeanor makes me never wanna go back. They have lost my services for good!
I went to Synergy for Physical Therapy after I broke my leg this summer. The outcome has been very successful. The whole Synergy team had a genuine interest in my recovery - and they made the experience and journey enjoyable. Highly recommend!
