I really like the idea and concept of this place and the doctors are incredible and informed. HOWEVER, their support staff and administrative staff are abysmal! It feels like they have the position for the sake of a job, but any customer/client service instinct is non-existent! I've never felt more passed along or heard more "I don't know" than I have here. The shameful part is, the docs are worth it, but if scheduling, confirmations, and kindness remain at this low level, I will look elsewhere. By the eay, is this Synergy o... read more

I went here for myself a year ago and had a great experience dealing with a broken foot. However I took a family member in today for a pop in the knee, Dr. Katherine Rashid was thorough and absolutely amazing for the issues discovered with her bones, meniscus, and knee. I have only dealt with her for six hours, but she is one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered in my life.

Brought my son here, as recommended by an urgent care bc his xray showed what the radiologist thought to be a hairline fracture. We drove the hour trip to have my son seen. We felt unheard, and disregarded. They made it sound like the radiologist was seeing things, and wouldn't listen to my son or the dr from the original xraya. He said he'd prescribe an mri. We left with the recommendation of a brace and the mri. We ordered the mri. Made the appointment. We had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment and they called the night b... read more

Went to Mendelson’s Urgent Care with severe back pain. The PA reviewed my chart, listened to my concerns and took care of me. Always pleasant, courteous and professional.
