Jen has been my yoga instructor for several months and has helped me with flexibility and strength. Jen started coming to my house for personal training. She works with you personally and is very attentive to your personal needs. She is adaptive to your needs and very understanding. She is amazing, uplifting and outstanding!! Best personal trainer ever!! I recommend her to anyone and everyone for personal training. 10 out of 5 stars!!!

I've been working out with Sparkle for over two years now. I'm a middle-aged woman; when I started, I couldn't even touch my toes; two years later, not only can I do push-ups, but I am much more assertive and look great. She is an excellent personal trainer who takes her time with you and makes you feel comfortable enough that you can definitely do it. Not only did Sparkle work with me and train my body, but she also taught me how to make better choices with food. You will not be disappointed with Sparkle training.
