So thankful for a place like this. I love the synergy app and a reasonable drop-in price. I always feel welcome and find the hot yoga class to be revitalizing!
Just wanted to say how much I enjoy bringing my 8 y/o son to Kids Yoga. Aiden has Type 1 Diabetes and its an unpredictable disease. Each Saturday I am able to literally watch his blood sugar levels drop when he is with Bonnie. He wears a glucose monitor and I hold the receiver while he's doing his exercises, so I can keep an eye on his numbers. The atmosphere is calm and inviting and the music is awesome ! I just finished a session tonight. I highly recommend this class to everyone. I have noticed an improvement in how I feel. I'm definitely more relaxed and have a better nights sleep after a class.
If you've ever needed to work through things about yourself, then I highly recommend Bonnie as your go to counselor. She is doing wonders for me!
The seminar held in December was very informative and gave excellent tips for healthy living for the entire family. Now to put it to practice! That's the hard part.
The interior is absolutely beautiful. I love the ambience of the room during yoga, the fountain was an excellent touch. I would consider the yoga class I went to to be at an intermediate level. Not sure I could keep up if I were a beginner. Instructor was friendly and obviously dedicated to her work.
