I can not say enough about Bonnie and her dedication to helping others. She takes time out of her busy schedule to visit our substance abuse program in the jail weekly to lead a yoga class. Not only does she help empower them with tools to maintain their sobriety and reduce stress she goes above and beyond by putting them in contact with studios in their hometown so that they can continue their practice.
