I am a beginner student in Yoga. When I first came to Synergy I was very nervous and and did not know what to expect. I was very pleased to find a friendly and positive environment full of encouragement. The instructors were knowledgeable and friendly as they gave me personal attention and showed support to the challenges that I have faced. I highly recommend this studio to anyone.

Synergy is a very unique & loving environment. The studio is always filled with so much positive energy. I personally LOVE the hot yoga classes. They always are a great way to sweat & feel refreshed after a long day. The use of kind words & essentials oils while the positive & motivational music plays in the background brings a peace & self-loving mindset. I always cherish my time at this studio & love to attend class whenever I get the chance!
