With social distancing in place, Synergy has offered some webinars lately. I just attended one on Total Recall, and I can’t say enough good things about it! I have a stubborn Great Pyrenees puppy, and this is the first dog training webinar or video I’ve watched where I felt like the trainer understands what it’s like to handle a stubborn or “difficult” dog. Thank you for offering online teaching and I hope you’ll keep it up since I am nowhere near your physical location!

I am SO excited about Synergy. I work a a vet clinic in Portland. One if my receptionists saved the brochure and flyer for their parrot behavioral class. I almost lost it! I've never heard of a parrot behaviorist before! This is an amazing step towards the well being of our companions. Not only that, but they're supported by one of the few parrot rescues in the area. Way to go Barbara!! :) I'll be recommending Synergy to all my clients from now on, cat, dog, and parrot owners alike.
My puppy Bentley has a ton of anxiety with his crate and I went into Synergy today feeling discouraged with what to do next. I left today feeling ready to take on Bentleys anxiety with the crate and have a variety of training tools! My appointment was only supposed to last an hour and they stayed much longer to help and answer my questions. I couldn't have been more impressed and pleased with my experience, and am extremely thankful for the staff at Synergy!
