I want to give 5 stars to Kelsey for spending the time on the phone with me and explaining everything over the phone. We did not purchase from them but just wanted to Thank her for time spent. Will keep them in mind on next purchase.
We had a great experience! The fact that it was family owned auto shop made the car buying experience personal and enjoyable - the loving dog helped! Kelsey was super helpful over the phone to get everything setup and Mike was very helpful in finishing the process and explaining everything thoroughly! There was no salesman running around trying to see what deal they could give us — we just got the best deal from the getgo and Mike did what he could with our best interests in mind.
My experience at Synergy Auto Sales was excellent. There was no pushy salesman and I did not feel pressured at all. Mike was pleasant, courteous, and straightforward. Everything was thoroughly presented in a very professional and timely manner. There were no surprises. We feel that we got an exceptional deal. Love the fact that they support the community by making contribution of our choice to local charity. We chose Homes for Veterans. Will continue to highly recommend this dealership!

My son needed a car and I wanted him to learn the steps in buying a car. They were very patient with him and helped him along the way. Financing was arranged and the price was very fair. They also gave him an extended warranty. As a current Marine he was also happy to support a veteran.
