I love the staff here they are always friendly, Brandy is who I see and she is so kind and caring. All she cares about is making you feel comfortable and makes sure everything with your health is up to par, I never felt like I was a number like other health providers I had in the past. She treats me right.If I could put up 10 stars I would!
As someone who has been to Synergy as a patient of Brandy for over 2 years, I cannot recommend anyone going to this practice. Without fail, Brandy would talk about her personal life in my appointments. It felt unprofessional and was not helpful in a mental health setting as I felt like my life was being compared and judged. Worst experience I ever had with a Healthcare facility. They misdiagnosed me after only knowing me for one visit. I know this because after seeing a real medical doctor for months they were appalled by how quickly she diagnosed me and how wrong she was. The APRN and auxillary staff violated HIPAA on multiple occasions. I wouldn't send an earthworm to get treatment here. Beware.
Brandy herself is phenomenal at what she does, she really does take the time to get to know your needs, her staff is also very nice and helpful BUT the whole office fails is in getting back to you in responding to your messages, they never get back to me even after leaving SEVERAL messages, and at least 13 phone calls, it's very disheartening and frustrating, I now have to go somewhere else, it's too bad, they were great otherwise.
Very disappointed in service. Terrible follow up, blames it on short staffed due to employee quitting but that was months and months ago but still use as an excuse. No longer participates in Spravato treatment however offers on it's website. Only reason my Dr referred me and location. Took me months to finally get an appt due staffing issues and alot of courage to try this method. Synergy had a referral for me and knew exactly the reason I was being sent to them.
