I was a patient there for approximately 7 months starting in 2023. I repeatedly told the front desk that my insurance company is informing me that the claims are being coded wrong and denied. I was told by Jennifer (I believe) that Keith knows about it and is fixing it. 2 1/2 years later and still getting bills. The response when I inquired about it was shocking. One of the best doctors office, I've ever been, attending staff, I couldn't ask of any better care, and has been the best doctor patient experience ever, thank you , highly recommended
I remember going here years ago she freaked out of a pen ! I haven’t been back there since . Never had that experience ever again ! I had to leave I wasn’t even comfortable about it ! But never had a problem with no other staff!
I have been seeing Brandy for over 5 yrs and I appreciate her Intelligence, kindness, and her Interest in her patients.
They lied to me repeatedly about my insurance. Everyone in the office is incompetent. please stay away.
