This place is amazing. Staff is super friendly and Brandy is very helpful. She is helping me get to the bottom of everything needed!
Always the best care. All the staff are awesome. I have had some significant life challenges the past year and a half. Because of the great care from Brandy, i am making great progress. I am so grateful for knowledge, resources and time she takes during my visits. Holistic options are always availabile with Brandy too!
I love the staff here they are always friendly, Brandy is who I see and she is so kind and caring. All she cares about is making you feel comfortable and makes sure everything with your health is up to par, I never felt like I was a number like other health providers I had in the past. As someone who has been to Synergy as a patient of Brandy for over 2 years, I cannot recommend anyone going to this practice. Without fail, Brandy would talk about her personal life in my appointments. It felt unprofessional and was not helpful in a mental health setting as I felt like my life was being compared and judged. Worst experience I ever had with a Healthcare facility. They misdiagnosed me after only knowing me for one visit. I know this because after seeing a real medical doctor for months they were appalled by how quickly she diagnosed me and how wrong she was. The APRN and auxillary staff violated HIPAA on multiple occasions. I wouldn't send an earthworm to get treatment here. Beware.
