Very disappointed in service. Terrible follow up, blames it on short staffed due to employee quitting but that was months and months ago but still use as an excuse. No longer participates in Spravato treatment however offers on it's website. Only reason my Dr referred me and location. Took me months to finally get an appt due staffing issues and alot of courage to try this method. Synergy had a referral for me and knew exactly the reason I was being sent to them. I would not go any where else . Brandi takes excellent care of me . Especially after my 2 surgeries. I'm always listen to. The other staff members are also very caring.
Brandy looks into everything you are taking, not just what what she prescribes. She truly looks out for your best interests and makes suggestions based on current medical guidelines. She stays educated to offer her patients the best care available to them.
A professional and courteous staff. Brandy was knowledgeable and very helpful.
Always spot on with her suggestions and actual care she provides, she has honestly saved my life 2 times at this point , happy she is my Doctor!!!
