The staff at synergy is exceptional. Professional yet makes you feel like family. Everyone at synergy makes you feel important, listened to, and right at home. Brandy here's my concerns and is always on top of everything. Brandy and her staff make it feel like I'm there only patient. Even though I know I'm not even close to being the only one. I would not go any where else . Brandi takes excellent care of me . Especially after my 2 surgeries. I'm always listen to. The other staff members are also very caring.
I was a patient there for approximately 7 months starting in 2023. I repeatedly told the front desk that my insurance company is informing me that the claims are being coded wrong and denied. I was told by Jennifer (I believe) that Keith knows about it and is fixing it. 2 1/2 years later and still getting bills. The response when I inquired about it was shocking.
