Karen has always been a gifted stylist, displaying excellence in cutting and styling hair; but when clients wanted to grow their hair long, she came up short. After a traumatic experience with heat damage, I was so devastated and discouraged. I have been on my natural hair journey on and off for 19 years, and I had finally got into a good routine. Sandie, was excellent at understanding and addressing my emotions, and uplifted my spirit by giving me a direct course of action to get my natural hair back on track. Awesome I Had the Pleasure for Ms. Karen to do my hair Today.!! It was my 1st Time using Synergi and I LOVED IT!! Haven't had a perm in 7months and my hair feel like I just put one in it as a lot of body..!! If your not using Synergi I Highly Recommend you to use it...!! Also I love the Fact that it is 100%NATURAL!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. KAREN GOD BLESS!!
