Dr. Maack is absolutely amazing. He set my mind at ease about my surgery and explained the whole procedure very well. Great experience and would highly recommend this doctor!
Dr. Maack is kind, thorough and incredibly knowledgable in his field of work. I felt confident in his abilities and expertise. I was given detailed instructions about what to expect before and after my surgery and my results are phenomenal. My only regret is waiting so long to commit to the surgery.
I had Facelift and Lipo suction done by Dr Maack at age 78 years young, and the experience was wonderful. MY pain was basically non existent. I took one pain pill and then used Tylenol. I would advise everyone to do this even if you have reservations like I did. When I look in the mirror or if I am out with others I feel much better about myself, so just do this for yourself! You cannot find a better surgeon or caring dr than Dr Maack.
Respect Dr. Maack and his staff for their professionalism,kindness and comfort during this time when making such a large personal decision. I was put at such ease it made the process a very comfortable one.
He spent the time necessary to fully explain the procedure, pre and post op expectations while listening to any concern that I expressed. After seeing the post op pictures -- Wow! What a difference and all at the hands of an excellent Doctor! And staff!!!
Dr. Maack was amazing explaining everything to the fullest. He showed great care and concern when I asked a question. I felt very comfortable with his bedside manners. His staff was also friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend Dr Maack to all my friends.
Dr Maack was excellent. He answered all our questions and even called to make sure surgery went fine.
Dr. Maack is professional, kind, compassionate and conservative with his technique. I could not be more pleased with my natural results! I knew from my first consultation that he would be doing my SMAS/Platysmaplasty surgery. He is always available for questions pre and post op, and his staff is wonderful! Thank you for helping restore my self confidence!
Over the last ten years I have been to Dr. Richard Maack numerous times for facial and eye repair, have always received EXCELLENT CARE from him and his staff. I would rate Dr. Maack as one to the Best Doctors in our area and would highly recommend him.
