From the first appointment the staff and Dr. Maack made me feel so comfortable. The entire experience was amazing. I have bad anxiety, but the staff the morning of the surgery made me feel so relaxed and speaking with Dr. Maack before the procedure helped ease my anxiety. I am so grateful to have worked with such a friendly, supportive doctor and team.
The surgery was much simpler than expected. Dr. Maack was extremely communicative, so I knew exactly what to expect. The pre-reading materials were very helpful, as I knew how to plan for my return home and my recovery. I had an amazing experience with Dr Maack! I did hesitate before doing the procedure because I was very nervous not sure what I wanted to do! I always wanted to do something with my nose since high school and I was very self conscience of side profile I hated it! I dealt with it but I was very low self esteem when it came to my appearance! I was very nervous and Dr. Maack went over everything very thoroughly. Dr. Maack took the time to answer every single question that I had. And he said when you get home and think of more questions, please call us and we will answer them!

Everyone I have dealt with at Synergi Facial Surgery has been knowledgeable and kind. Dr Maack let me know right up front what was a realistic expectation for rhinoplasty for me. Very easy to talk to and put my mind at ease.i was very nervous about getting eyelid surgery and decided to do upper and lower. Surgery was a piece of cake and did not use any pain medication. I was pretty swollen for 2 weeks as expected but no issues. It has been 2 months and my eyes look refreshed and young. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend Dr Maack to my family.
I had the blepharoplasty several months ago. I cannot say enough great things about the results! I have been told that I look at least 10 - 15 years younger, and I agree. I do not have the weight on my eye lids anymore which makes me feel more alert all day and in the evening. The process was very smooth, and the discomfort and healing time was minimal.
