Great clinic with friendly staff! Highly recommended. Easy process and they work with insurance. Sooo glad I chose this clinic over the competition.
After 10 years of treatment at SynergenX, I confirmed with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield that my TRT is covered. This has nothing to do with my insurance, but everything to do with them no longer wanting to take my insurance and forcing me to a weekly $70 self pay rate. Unacceptable. I have insurance! SynergenX still refused to allow me use my insurance unless I stopped treatment and retested below 300 ng/dL — their “internal policy”.
