The agent from syndicate hired by my insurance company is the worst communicator I have ever met.
My personal experience with this firm has been one of frustration and loss of patience. The total process took over 4 months & while I am sure the entire blame does not lie with Syndicate Claims, I did not appreciate the business texts after business hours requesting a rewrite of this review (Originally posted 3 months ago). I found this extremely unprofessional and threatening. There was even a text stating if I did not remove the review, they would submit to have it expunged.
