As someone who has seen a few counselors and therapists before, I can say that Rachel has been my absolute favorite. Not only is she great at what she does, but you can tell she puts in a lot of effort to curate a cute, safe, and relaxing environment. If you’re considering seeing someone- this is your sign that your looking in the right place.
Speaking with Rachel in the times we have demolished all my previous apprehensions to therapy. She listens to me, and is there with me in every moment, and she’s not trying to fix nor judge me. She has never rushed me or tried to assume what I was about to say. 5 stars across the board! THIS is the therapy that I would encourage to others!
I’ve been seeing Rachel for several months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a transformative experience. Rachel is absolutely the most amazing therapist I have ever met. After numerous attempts to find a good therapist, I have finally found someone who listens and cares. The advice she gives is not only thoughtful, but eye opening, and doesn’t sound like cliche answers you’ll hear from any other therapist. Rachel clearly goes above and beyond for her patients. I highly recommend her above any other therapist in Jacksonville. You will not be disappointed.
Rachel is an exceptional therapist who demonstrates a deep understanding of her clients' needs. Her speciality in DBT is particularly noteworthy. She creates a positive and supportive environment to help her clients thrive. I highly recommend Rachel!
