We used Brion and his team to install our original solar project about 8 years ago. They were honest during the design phase. They were efficient, professional, thorough, and careful when they installed the system. Many years later, they are around to answer questions and provide guidance on the equipment they installed. We have worked with other solar installers in the past. However, Synchro Solar is by far the best by a wide margin.
I recently had a home solar system installed by Synchro Solar and they did an amazing job from beginning to end. I got bids from several companies and although Synchro was not the cheapest option I appreciated that John actually took the time to come out to my house and meet me in person and take measurements from the roof. I got bids from 5 companies. Synchro was the most knowledgeable and caring. Multiple visits to my home. Answered all my questions and more. The cost was similar for all the companies. Install was magnificent. They had one team on staff and the team was smart and diligent. They customized panels for me so mine are all black, no diamonds. Apparently that’s more attractive. Panels have been up 3 months and so far working fine.
It's rare that you have an experience that goes so far above and beyond good customer service, but my experience with synchro solar was just that. I was nervous to be general contracting between the roofers who were installing a new roof, and Syncho, who were removing and re-installing the solar system. A great experience with Synchro Solar. A very experienced and competent installation team, decent pricing and very responsive. My best experience of working with a contractor to date. I used to design and specify solar systems so was impressed that they could answer my technical questions so easily. To those that might receive a slightly cheaper offer from a national company, the expression "you get what you pay for" is never truer than with solar PV
