I would give this business a zero if I could. I received a couple of letters from Syncarpha Solar, a company of Syncarpha Capital. These letters were actually invoices which informed me that a certain $$$$.$$ of credits was applied to my National Grid **** under utility account number ##########. And, that I had a savings of $$$.$$.Syncarpha Solar does not appear on any of my National Grid bills, nor have I ever responded to any marketing by them. This customer entered into an agreement with ********************** in February of 2019. Syncarpha has since removed this customer from the program upon their request.
Syncarpha promises big things for homeowners with their solar farms, but the delivery so far has been atrocious. Instead of manageable monthly payments, as they promised, I've received 2 payments over 4 months resulting in enormous cashflow shocks upfront. And that's just one of the issues I have had to deal with.All of this would be forgivable if at least their customer care was responsive. UPDATE: 5/28/2022 Since posting this review, Syncarpha staff has finally reached out and we've tried to iron things out over the last few months. The system still isn't very predictable, but at least they're trying to help. Finally decided to take the option to cancel the contract simply because I don't like being caught in a lifetime contract with no exit clauses.
Very honest company with an outstanding product! Go green and save! How easy!
I was offered credits on my national grid bill by signing up. I have called after signing up and never are able to speak to anyone. I don't feel that this is a legitimate offer or company.

Syncarpha has followed up multiple times through email and phone, and has not heard back from the customer as of 2/25/2020. The original customer request - account cancellation - was fulfilled within protocol. Upon a customer response, Syncarpha will work with the customer to resolve any outstanding issues.
