This complex is a nightmare. Hidden fees everywhere—I’m paying $400 a month on gas because of their shady dealings with the gas company, including ridiculous pipe fees. Water and sewer charges? Also hidden. Maintenance is useless; they never come. Car towing is a regular occurrence, and your car can get towed for no reason, and sent 40 miles away in god knows where- Georgia. This was once of the most non caring staff ever the booting of your cars and guest cars are ridiculous wouldn’t recommend
If I could give zero I would never move here they hit you with unnecessary taxes and fees and when you try to move out they charge you extra for moving out
Community is beautiful and super clean along with a great office staff. I recommend to anyone looking for their next home!
Nice complex but it’s always something with the Valet trash that they charge tenants for, this month trash hasn’t been picked up but maybe 4 times and is discontinued again until Wednesday yet still will be charged & if it’s a violation on your behalf they don’t hesitate to charge you. We should get a discounted rate with how many times the valets cancel.
