This 'medical provider' refused to release my medical records to me after my 'treatment' was concluded. They are legally obligated to provide me my records. They didn't explicitly deny me my records, but instead directed me to call a certain number, an automated phone line that goes nowhere, except infinite automated loops or an infinite hold time.
