My wife purchased a vehicle from this scam artist, paid $9000 for a car we COULD NOT register. Had a rebuilt title, he tells us to get the car fixed and get a state inspection done OURSELVES??? On top of that he blocked us! WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CRIMINAL.
