My sister was here for 2 months and the staff was good. The smell inside however was not. The food was terrible. Needs a better chef. We were pleased with the physical therapist. Awesome group!
At first I hated the place. I was put in a room that wasn't cleaned, dirty sheets on the bed, bathroom floor disgusting!!! Once my case manager and Dr heard this everything changed and were very accommodating. The Dr gave me his cell phone number if I had any more problems, which I didn't. The nurse's, CNA's where fantastic. I would definitely go back there should I find myself in need of rehab services.
La primera vez me pareció excelente pero en la segunda ocacion les reporte en tres ovaciones ciertos detalles a la administración en juntas que tuvimos pero la actitud de 3 enfermeras no cambiaron al 100 y la comida horrible
My family member received the best care! I am very thankful to everyone at Symphony of Mesa!! I will definitely recommend this facility.
My friend was well cared for. The nurse's aides were caring and knowledgeable.
