Fully staff, staff is everywhere .My mother is well care for. I think, its a nice place to have your love one. I wish they had one in Phoenix.
Nurses and aides are wonderfully responsive. The physical therapy personnel are positive and supportive. Grandpa has been here several weeks. Grandma comes everyday for about 8 hrs and they are respectful to her
My family and I had a very positive experience at Symphony. Our mother has been there two times before, our aunt once. Mom recently came home following a three-week stay. The nurses were excellent, the CNAs (certified nursing assistant) were exceptional. They truly went out of their way to accommodate our needs, her needs. They treated us all with respect. worst place I've ever been. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. The physical therapists are great, but getting the things you need was impossible. waited hours for help, medication, go a week without a shower... Not a very caring environment. THINK TWICE ABOUT SENDING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, PLEASE!
Symphony of Mesa is ahhhmazing!! My mom was so close to death, hospice was involved, we moved my mom from the nursing hone she was at to Symphony 2 months ago and my mom is doing better than she has been in a long time. They truly care for their residence. If I could give 20 stars I totally would!!!!!
