Definitely one of the best home builders out there.
Summerhill Lane is a new subdivision being created by Symphony Homes on the East side of the I-15 freeway. Homes start close to $1M and go up from there. Lots are close together, but most only have 'side' neighbors. The Western-most homes are right on the freeway frontage road, but is protected from a lot of the noise by a tall barrier.
