I am thankful the horrific condition of this place is finally getting the attention of the public from real residents and their love ones and not these fake 5 stars the facility had been pushing. It has been hiding behind lies and deceit that is only getting worse. The dangerous staff turnover, profit-driven priorities, and alarming violence in the facility is ridiculous, so many great nurses and staff have left in just months. Agree with 100% with Katelyn Edward’s review on memory care unit staff turnover, prioritizing profits over people and violence. My mother was hospitalized AGAIN due to being pushed down to the ground by same resident. It’s simple: These are vulnerable elderly people with dementia that need CONSTANT supervision. Please do not patronize me with the static response of “please contact us directly…”.
I wish I could give this facility zero stars. I visit my sister here very frequently, and I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional conduct I have recently experienced with the current management.
