Jeff was extremely patient with all the questions we had. He took the time to explain the many different things that DR Horton has to offer and what really sets them apart from other builders. Homes are good but crammed in the middle of old sewage area. Big red flag and important factor customer service is poor. this agent jeff must be paying his reviews on here… nvr there when he says he’ll be. Office locked most of the time or he’s gone. only one associate we hv to deal with? over one month & still waiting on a manager to call us.
Jeff showed us a house and was so thorough and knowledgeable with every detail. Most people who have shown us houses have been reading off a paper. Jeff was very enthusiastic and truly believed in the product he was showing us. If you’re interested in a home here, as for Jeff!
